Regional Coordinator for Karkhana Science Program

About the role

The Karkhana Representative acts as the regional coordinator for the Karkhana Science Program, linking Karkhana with partner schools across Nepal. You will ensure the year‑long hands‑on science curriculum is delivered effectively, supporting teachers and students throughout the academic year.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between Karkhana and assigned schools.
• Conduct regular visits to schools to monitor program implementation and provide classroom support.
• Collaborate with principals, school coordinators, and science teachers to align activities with the curriculum.
• Facilitate teacher professional development sessions and mentorship activities.
• Maintain accurate and timely reports on progress, challenges, and impact.
• Build and nurture relationships with school stakeholders to promote sustained engagement.
