Regional Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Regional Human Resources Manager will lead HR operations across multiple countries, ensuring workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance and engagement align with VAS Global Services’ regional objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional HR operations, implementing consistent policies and processes across all locations.
• Partner with Operations leadership and Country Managers on staffing, performance and employee matters.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and workforce deployment throughout the region.
• Monitor employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions and investigations.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws, regulations and company HR policies.
• Drive performance management cycles, KRAs, appraisals, incentives and development initiatives.
• Coordinate attendance, leave, overtime and payroll administration.
• Lead employee engagement, retention, recognition and culture programs.
• Identify HR risks and implement corrective actions.
• Support new country, centre and business expansion projects from an HR perspective.
• Develop HR reports, dashboards and workforce analytics for regional leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; Master’s or HR certification (SHRM, CIPD) preferred.
• 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, including managing operations across multiple countries.
• Experience in high‑volume, SLA‑driven environments such as Visa Services, BPO, Government Services, Hospitality or Contact Centres.
• Strong partnership skills with Operations and senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, payroll, attendance and HR reporting systems.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong HR analytics and reporting capabilities.
