Regional Incharge – Koshi Province

About the role

The Regional Incharge will oversee the performance of multiple hubs across Koshi Province, driving operational KPIs, expanding hub coverage, and ensuring high service quality. This role is pivotal for scaling parcel volume and supporting Pathao’s regional growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly operational KPIs such as parcel volume, delivery success rate, TAT, productivity and cost per parcel.
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans in collaboration with Hub Managers and Incharges.
• Lead Hub Incharges, operational staff, riders and delivery agents, setting performance expectations and managing manpower deployment.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, retention and performance management of operational teams.
• Ensure riders and teams receive SOP, safety, customer handling and system process training, and conduct refresher sessions as needed.
• Support the launch and stabilization of new hubs, evaluating infrastructure, fleet and asset requirements.
• Drive merchant onboarding, parcel‑generation targets and collaborate with commercial teams to align operational capacity with business growth.
• Monitor COD collection, reconciliation and compliance with cash‑handling policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multi‑hub operations or logistics networks.
• Strong ability to track and improve operational KPIs.
• Leadership skills to manage diverse teams including hub staff, riders and delivery agents.
• Experience in recruitment, training and performance management.
• Capability to plan and execute hub expansion projects.
• Understanding of COD processes and compliance requirements.
