Reintegration Facilitator

About the role

The Reintegration Facilitator will lead efforts to reunite separated children with their families in Manthali Municipality and surrounding areas. Working primarily in the field (70% travel), you will develop and implement strategies that ensure safe, sustainable reintegration for children at risk, trafficked, or displaced.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with government agencies, NGOs, INGOs, local authorities and community groups to align reintegration activities with national regulations.
• Manage the full reintegration process, including family tracing, child and family assessments, and the development of individualized reintegration plans.
• Prepare and present activity and financial reports to stakeholders in both verbal and written formats.
• Monitor the sustainability of reintegration outcomes and ensure the safety and well‑being of all children involved.
• Facilitate referrals to local service providers and support networks for reunified families.

Required profile

• At least two years of experience working in child protection, social work, or related humanitarian fields.
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including government bodies and community groups.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience conducting assessments and preparing plans.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the district and conduct field visits.
