Relationship Officer – Commercial (Restaurant Partners)

About the role

The Relationship Officer – Commercial will manage and grow relationships with restaurant partners, acting as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day support. You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, drive promotional activities, and contribute to business development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned restaurant partners, addressing queries and improving partner experience.
• Monitor restaurant performance, support promotional campaigns, and identify growth opportunities.
• Prospect and onboard new restaurant partners through online and offline channels.
• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Support to resolve issues and communicate updates.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in account management, relationship management, sales or business development.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related discipline.
• Customer‑focused mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
