Relationship Officer – Restaurant Partners

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Relationship Officer to manage and grow our restaurant partner accounts in Kathmandu. The role combines account management, business development, and regular field visits to ensure strong, mutually beneficial relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned restaurant partners, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Monitor account performance, identify growth opportunities, and support partners with promotional campaigns.
• Onboard new restaurant partners through online and offline prospecting and conduct market research.
• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Support to resolve partner issues.
• Communicate promotions, policies, and operational updates, and maintain accurate partner records.
• Prepare performance reports and conduct field visits and in‑person meetings as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years experience in account management, sales or business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple partner accounts and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
