Retail Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Retail Sales Manager to develop and execute retail sales plans, manage the performance of assigned outlets and partners, and drive consistent growth in the mobile phone and consumer electronics market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute retail sales plans to meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Monitor outlet performance, stock availability and product movement, taking corrective actions to improve productivity.
• Maintain strong relationships with retailers and channel partners, ensuring regular communication and support.
• Conduct market visits to assess execution, competitor activity, pricing, promotions and market trends.
• Coordinate with distributors, dealers, warehouse, marketing and finance to ensure smooth operations and product availability.
• Lead and coach promoters and field sales teams, set targets, review performance and ensure compliance with reporting.
• Analyze sales and market data to identify gaps, opportunities and corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management.
• 3–5 years of retail sales experience, preferably in mobile phones or consumer electronics.
• Experience managing dealers/distributors and leading a field sales team.
• Strong understanding of retail sales, market operations and retailer management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned markets.
• Target‑oriented, proactive and results‑focused.
