Revenue, Reservation & OTA Executive

About the role

The Revenue, Reservation & OTA Executive is responsible for overseeing the hotel’s online distribution, reservations, room rates and overall revenue performance. The role works closely with Front Office, Finance, Sales and Management to maximise occupancy, ADR and RevPAR.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain hotel listings on Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Trip.com and other OTA platforms.
• Update room rates, availability, inventory, restrictions, promotions and booking conditions across all channels.
• Implement daily revenue management strategies to maximise occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and overall room revenue.
• Monitor booking pace, cancellations, forward occupancy and market trends to support pricing decisions.
• Conduct competitor rate checks and recommend pricing and inventory strategies.
• Handle OTA promotions, visibility, ranking, content, offers and ensure rate parity.
• Track OTA commissions, discounts and channel costs while balancing direct and OTA bookings.
• Supervise hotel reservations, ensuring accurate booking details, room availability and guest information.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Finance, Sales and Management on revenue, reservations, billing and forecasts.
• Prepare daily and weekly revenue/OTA performance reports and support monthly forecasts.

Required profile

• At least 2 years (24 months) of experience in revenue management, reservations or OTA coordination.

Required skills

• Proficiency with OTA platforms such as Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia and Trip.com.
• Revenue management and rate/ inventory optimization.
