Sales Admin Executive

About the role

The Sales Admin Executive ensures that qualified sales opportunities progress without delays caused by paperwork, documentation, or internal administration. The role supports Business Development, Key Account Managers and senior commercial staff, allowing them to focus on selling rather than forms, proposals, vendor registrations and tender administration.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare standard presentations, capability packs and commercial templates.
• Coordinate proposal, tender and bid preparation, including RFIs, questionnaires and client information requests.
• Manage vendor registrations and maintain pricing schedules.
• Track commercial actions, deadlines and opportunity records arising from sales meetings.
• Maintain commercial documentation and approval records.
• Chase internal stakeholders for information required by prospective clients.
• Coordinate due‑diligence requests and ensure timely submission of MSA and contract documents.
• Support Business Development and KAMs with administrative follow‑through and handover information to Service Delivery after a deal is won.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in sales administration, tender or bid support, or professional‑services administration.
• Extremely organised with strong follow‑up discipline.
• Comfortable handling detailed forms and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently, including chasing senior internal stakeholders.
• Strong written English.
