Sales and Marketing Executive – Enterprise Tech Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive who is passionate about technology and enterprise sales. You will act as the bridge between our clients and our engineering teams, delivering AI‑driven, SaaS and cloud solutions to both local and global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, generate and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking and outbound activities.
• Develop and execute lead‑generation campaigns, including cold email and LinkedIn outreach.
• Create and maintain Ideal Customer Profiles to target the right industries and decision‑makers.
• Build and nurture a healthy sales pipeline, guiding prospects from initial contact to closed deal.
• Understand client objectives and recommend AI, SaaS and cloud solutions that solve business challenges.
• Conduct client meetings, demos and presentations for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to prepare customized proposals, quotations and RFP responses.
• Negotiate commercial terms and manage the full sales cycle.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–2 years of experience in business development, technical or enterprise sales, preferably in IT, SaaS or AI.
• Experience working with global or international clients is a plus.

Required skills

• Understanding of AI/ML solutions.
• Familiarity with SaaS products and APIs.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and enterprise software.
• Lead generation, prospecting and sales pipeline management.
