Sales and Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and results‑oriented Sales and Marketing Executive to join Capital Soft in Kathmandu. The role blends in‑house sales coordination with field‑based business development, requiring you to prepare proposals, manage client communications and generate new opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit business proposals, quotations and sales documentation.
• Handle client inquiries via phone, email and online channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports and documentation.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients on proposals and projects.
• Visit prospective and existing clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct product presentations, service demonstrations and business meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions.
• Represent Capital Soft at client sites, networking events and business meetings.
