Sales and Marketing Executive

About the role

Lead Enterprises is looking for a dynamic, results‑driven Sales and Marketing Executive to promote its IT hardware and software solutions across financial institutions, public and private sectors. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and delivering tailored technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies targeting banks, corporate clients and government agencies.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision‑makers in the financial, public and private sectors.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and proactive lead generation.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase value and efficiency.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback, providing regular reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and payment terms in line with company objectives.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth installation, after‑sales service and post‑sale support.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in IT solutions.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate and institutional clients.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
