Sales and Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and result‑oriented Sales Executive to drive sales and market expansion of our Orthodox Tea products. The role involves developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Orthodox Tea products to new and existing customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, wholesalers, distributors, cafés, hotels, and restaurants.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Conduct regular market visits and monitor customer and competitor activities.
• Generate leads, follow up with prospective clients, and convert opportunities into sales.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Prepare sales reports, customer records, and market updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding orders, deliveries, and customer requirements.
• Collect market feedback and suggest improvements for sales and distribution.
• Ensure timely follow‑up on payments and outstanding receivables.
• Represent the company professionally during client meetings and market visits.
