Sales Coach

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and customer‑focused Store Coach to manage daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver an excellent customer experience. The role involves overseeing inventory, billing, cash handling, and supporting brand activations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain stock, inventory accuracy, and store expenses.
• Manage store operations, billing, cash handling, stock and daily reporting.
• Drive sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Engage with customers and provide product education and support.
• Maintain store standards, inventory accuracy, and customer experience.
• Coordinate with field coaches and support brand activations.
• Support customer onboarding and follow‑up activities, including hyper care calls where required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication, sales, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English is preferred.
• Customer‑focused and proactive attitude.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
