Sales Consultant – Experience Concierge

About the role

The Experience Concierge is the primary client‑facing and commercial role at Datum, guiding prospects through the new Experience Centre, understanding their needs and converting enquiries into orders. Based mainly at the Gyaneshwor Experience Centre, you will also visit client offices and project sites as required.

Key responsibilities

• Engage and qualify enquiries from walk‑ins, phone, WhatsApp, email, website and referrals.
• Guide clients through the Experience Centre, demonstrate products and explain applications.
• Coordinate technical input with the Technical Solutions Consultant and commercial input with the Finance Lead.
• Present quotations, negotiate within approved terms and convert opportunities into orders.
• Maintain the Experience Centre’s displays, samples and literature to Datum standards.
• Record all client interactions, opportunities and quotations accurately in the CRM and produce regular reports on pipeline and conversion.

Required profile

• Confident, well‑presented communicator with strong client‑relationship skills.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development or client servicing, preferably in building materials, architecture, interiors, real estate or premium retail.
• Ability to learn technical products, understand client needs and explain solutions clearly.
• Strong written and spoken English and Nepali, organised and commercially minded.
