Sales Executive – 2-Wheeler Electric Vehicles

About the role

We are looking for a confident and professional Sales Executive to drive sales of electric 2‑wheelers. The role focuses on showroom sales while also covering field sales, lead generation, product demonstrations, test rides, negotiation and closing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales cycle in the showroom, from lead generation to after‑sales follow‑up.
• Generate and follow up leads via showroom visits, phone calls, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable electric 2‑wheelers.
• Conduct product presentations, coordinate test rides and explain features, pricing, range, charging, warranty and other details.
• Negotiate with customers, convert prospects into sales and achieve assigned targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions and sales activities.
• Support marketing events, promotions and assist with operational tasks when required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and provide feedback on market trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• 2–3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in automobile, motorcycle, EV or 2‑wheelers.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer‑handling skills.
• Professional appearance, good spoken and written English and a valid 2‑wheel driving licence.
• Comfortable working with sales targets and performance‑based incentives.
• Proactive, confident, responsible and able to handle objections and pressure.

Required skills

• Proficient use of smartphones and digital tools.
• Experience with AI tools and basic office applications.
