Sales Executive – HORECA (Kathmandu)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and target‑oriented Sales Executive to develop and grow our business within the HORECA segment. The role focuses on identifying potential hotels, restaurants, cafés and other food‑service outlets, building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across hotels, restaurants, cafés, bakeries and other food‑service customers.
• Visit prospects regularly, introduce and promote coffee, chocopie and juice products.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and coordinate orders.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, orders, payments and outstanding receivables.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer preferences.
• Maintain updated records of customers, sales visits and market activities.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in HORECA sales, FMCG, food & beverage or coffee industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Target‑oriented, proactive and able to develop long‑term customer relationships.
• Willingness to travel regularly and a valid two‑wheeler driving licence.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Ability to prepare and analyse sales reports.
