Sales Executive

About the role

Brandivo AI is seeking a full‑time Sales Executive to drive merchant acquisition for its AI‑powered ecommerce platform. Based on‑site in Kathmandu, you will manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing while collaborating with product and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and engage potential merchants through calls, emails and in‑person meetings.
• Deliver product demonstrations and tailor value propositions to merchant needs.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms and close deals in line with company guidelines.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and gather merchant feedback.
• Track pipeline activity, maintain accurate CRM records and forecast revenue.
• Achieve or exceed defined sales targets and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Strong sales and business development experience, especially in technology or ecommerce.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working with SaaS/ecommerce platforms and understanding of online store operations.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently while collaborating on‑site.
• Fluent in English and Nepali; additional regional languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience selling digital services or technology solutions is highly preferred.

• Basic analytics for pipeline management and revenue forecasting.
