Sales Manager

About the role

Medi Quest Laboratory Clinic is looking for an experienced, results‑oriented Sales Manager to lead its sales function. You will develop and execute sales strategies, expand the client network, and drive sustainable growth across healthcare institutions and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and meet objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, physicians, diagnostic centers, corporate clients, and other healthcare partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the laboratory's market presence.
• Manage key accounts and negotiate service agreements with institutional clients.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and provide regular reports to management.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure effective execution of sales initiatives and exceptional customer service.
• Ensure timely follow‑up on client inquiries and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Represent the organization at medical conferences, networking events, and industry programs to strengthen brand visibility.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the healthcare or laboratory sector.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a sales team.
• Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.
