About the role

SysQube Consulting is seeking a confident and eager Sales & Marketing Associate to promote its software and technology solutions. The role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience who are ready to learn and grow in a fast‑moving tech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and articulate the features, benefits, and business value of our software products.
• Engage potential clients through calls, meetings, emails and other channels.
• Present and demonstrate software solutions to prospects.
• Identify new business opportunities, generate leads and conduct market research.
• Follow up with leads, maintain regular communication, and manage sales records.
• Coordinate with technical teams to capture client requirements and prepare proposals.
• Support digital marketing, social media, and promotional activities.
• Achieve assigned lead‑generation and sales targets.

Required profile

• Clear, confident communication in English and Nepali.
• Willingness to learn about software and technology.
• Disciplined, responsible, and proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Open to feedback and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of digital marketing.
• Lead generation and customer relationship management.
• Basic knowledge of software/technology products.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Social media research and online research skills.
