About the role

Kathmandu Garden Home Hotel is seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Coordinator to help generate new business, build strong client relationships, and support the hotel’s sales and marketing initiatives. The role combines field visits with strategic support to strengthen the hotel’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Visit corporate clients, vendors, travel agents and local businesses to create new business opportunities.
• Support the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies aligned with revenue goals.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform decision‑making.
• Assist in budget planning and monitor marketing expenses.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely follow‑ups.
• Track sales performance, prepare basic reports and help achieve company targets.
