Sales & Marketing Manager (Nepalgunj)

About the role

The Sales & Marketing Manager will drive hotel revenue and business growth by creating and executing effective sales and marketing strategies. This role focuses on promoting rooms, F&B, banquet, events and other hotel services while building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet revenue targets.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with corporate accounts, travel agencies, tour operators and event organizers.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing corporate and key accounts.
• Conduct sales calls, client visits, presentations and property tours.
• Promote hotel rooms, restaurants, banquet facilities, events and packages.
• Generate leads, prepare proposals, quotations and contracts.
• Manage corporate, group, MICE, wedding and conference business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer preferences.
• Coordinate with Front Office, F&B, Banquet, Reservations and other departments to ensure delivery of sales commitments.
• Support digital marketing, social media promotions and online campaigns.
• Prepare sales reports, revenue updates, forecasts and market analysis for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Relevant experience in hotel sales, marketing, business development or hospitality preferred.
• Experience in corporate sales, MICE, group sales or hotel marketing is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of the local corporate and hospitality market is preferred.
