Sales Officer – Construction & Infrastructure

About the role

The Sales Officer will drive business growth by achieving sales targets and developing new opportunities within construction, infrastructure, hydropower, road and related project sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for construction, infrastructure, hydropower, road and related projects.
• Develop new customers, contractors, dealers and project opportunities through lead generation and regular site visits.
• Manage the sales pipeline, track tenders and upcoming projects, and follow up quotations, negotiations and order closures.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, dealers and project stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and support.
• Coordinate with service, spares, finance and operations teams to guarantee smooth customer service and resolve payment issues.
• Prepare regular sales reports, market analysis and updates for management.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within construction, building materials, infrastructure or related sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• Proven ability to generate leads, manage a sales pipeline and close deals.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently for customer and site visits across Birgunj, Chitwan and Biratnagar.
