Sales Officer – Cybersecurity Solutions

About the role

The Sales Officer will be responsible for generating business opportunities, managing client relationships, promoting cybersecurity services, and supporting the achievement of sales targets. The role involves identifying leads, preparing proposals, and coordinating with technical teams to deliver suitable cybersecurity solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities and leads.
• Conduct client outreach, meetings, presentations, and follow‑ups.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable cybersecurity solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
• Coordinate with technical teams for client requirements and solution demonstrations.
• Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Maintain and update sales pipelines and client records in CRM.
• Conduct basic market research and monitor industry trends.
• Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports.
• Support the achievement of assigned sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in the IT sector.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and services.
• Target‑oriented with strong follow‑up and relationship‑building abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
