Sales Officer – Field Sales

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Officer to drive field sales of our technology solutions. The role involves regular client visits, presenting SaaS and other software products, and closing sales opportunities across Nepal.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers through regular field visits.
• Present and explain the company’s products to prospective clients.
• Generate new leads, convert prospects into customers, and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and sales discussions.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and existing clients.
• Maintain records of leads, meetings, follow‑ups, and sales activities.
• Coordinate internally regarding customer requirements and sales opportunities.
• Travel extensively for client meetings and market scouting.

Required profile

• More than 1 year of relevant sales experience.
• Proven ability to sell products or services directly to customers.
• Comfortable working extensively in the field and independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in approaching and meeting new clients.
• Result‑oriented with a strong focus on sales conversion.
• Own a personal vehicle and be able to travel regularly for field visits.
• Previous SaaS or technology product sales experience is an advantage.

What we offer

• Monthly salary of NPR 35,000 to 45,000.
