Sales Officer – HoReCa Market

About the role

The Sales Officer will focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities within the HoReCa sector in Kathmandu and the surrounding valley. You will build relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, resorts and institutional clients to promote the company’s products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, bakeries, resorts and institutional clients.
• Conduct regular market visits to discover potential customers, business opportunities and market trends.
• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking, market research and other business‑development activities.
• Present and promote the company’s products/services to prospective HoReCa clients and maintain strong professional relationships with key decision‑makers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in HoReCa, FMCG, hospitality, food & beverage or related industries.
• Valid driving licence and personal vehicle.
• Good understanding of the Kathmandu/Valley HoReCa market and customer segments.
