Sales Representative – Nawalparasi

About the role

The Sales Representative will drive channel sales for Ncell in the Nawalparasi region, supporting the Consumer Business and National Sales teams. The role focuses on developing and executing cluster channel strategies to meet business targets and enhance retailer service.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement cluster channel strategies to achieve business requirements and customer deliverables.
• Gather market insights and channel feedback to improve retailer service and channel development.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Coordinate with distributor teams, field sales officers and the Province Business Manager for planning and capability development.
• Research and analyze potential prospects, sales options and channel development opportunities.
• Visit outlets regularly to assess market coverage, product availability, brand visibility and audit parameters.
• Prepare visit reports, action plans and follow‑up on retailer queries.
• Analyze sales reports, monitor cluster performance, competitor activity and channel issues.
• Implement and monitor channel quality parameters to meet overall quality targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in management with at least 2 years of experience in telecommunications or strategic planning, or a Master’s/Professional degree with 1 year of experience.
• Knowledge of sales and distribution techniques, preferably in FMCG or telecom sectors.
• Strong communication skills across all organisational levels.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functional units and encourage teamwork.
• Experience in route planning, market analysis, demand forecasting and supervising sales staff.
