Sales Support/Customer Service Executive

About the role

The Food Company in Kalanki, Kathmandu is looking for a Sales Support/Customer Service Executive to manage tele‑calling, order processing and coordination across sales, accounts and logistics. The role ensures smooth order flow, accurate billing and timely customer communication.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular tele‑calling with industry customers for inquiries, order follow‑up, billing status and feedback.
• Enter and monitor customer orders in the Bizom/ERP system, ensuring timely punching.
• Convert unbilled customers into billed customers by coordinating with sales, accounts and logistics teams.
• Support new product development and launches through calls and emails.
• Communicate product features, benefits, pricing and new product information to customers.
• Assist in stock movement, rotation and clearance activities, and track sales performance of billed customers.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow‑ups, billing status and documentation in Excel/CRM/Bizom.
• Prepare and share periodic reports on follow‑ups, order punching, billing status and system activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in tele‑calling, customer support or sales coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good follow‑up ability.
• Attention to detail, data accuracy and ability to multitask.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of ERP/CRM systems (Bizom preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
