Senior AI/ML Engineer

About the role

Palm Mind AI is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning and deep learning solutions for a diverse client base. You will work on both structured and unstructured data to create predictive and analytical models that drive business value.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning and deep learning models, including generative and agentic AI systems such as LLMs, RAG pipelines, and autonomous agents.
• Build and maintain end‑to‑end AI/ML pipelines for data preprocessing, training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Analyze large datasets to extract insights, improve model performance, and ensure scalability and reliability.
• Integrate AI/ML models into production environments and collaborate with software developers and stakeholders.
• Monitor model performance, retrain models as needed, and document technical solutions.
• Conduct research on emerging AI/ML technologies and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in AI/ML development.
• Proven ability to lead the full ML lifecycle from data collection to deployment and monitoring.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and establishing best practices.
• Strong interest in staying current with AI/ML research and applying new advancements.
