About the role

We are seeking a strategic and articulate Senior Client Service Executive to join our digital marketing agency. You will own client relationships, drive strategy, and ensure impactful campaign delivery while acting as a key partner to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building long‑term relationships.
• Lead strategic planning and campaign direction aligned with client goals.
• Translate client briefs into insight‑driven strategies and actionable plans.
• Provide proactive recommendations based on market trends, performance insights, and brand needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, media, production) to ensure high‑quality, timely delivery.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring continuous optimization.
• Identify opportunities for business growth, upselling, and cross‑selling.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in client servicing or account management, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Proven experience managing premium or high‑value clients.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving ability.
• Ability to lead conversations with clients confidently and consultatively.

Required skills

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
