About the role

Beyond Borders Educational Network is looking for an experienced Senior Counselor to provide expert guidance to students seeking overseas education opportunities. You will support candidates throughout the entire study‑abroad journey, from university selection to visa processing.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional counseling to students regarding overseas education opportunities.
• Assess students' academic backgrounds, career goals, and preferences to recommend suitable courses and institutions.
• Guide students through university selection, application, admission, and visa processes.
• Communicate with students, parents, universities, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain regular follow‑up with prospective students and keep accurate records.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing application documents.
• Achieve assigned counseling and enrollment targets.
• Stay updated on international education trends, universities, courses, and admission requirements.
• Support junior counselors and contribute to team performance.
• Handle student queries and concerns professionally.
• Prepare regular reports and updates for management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in educational counseling or a related field.
• Proven ability to guide students through the full study‑abroad process.
• Strong communication skills with students, parents, and academic institutions.
• Track record of meeting counseling and enrollment targets.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of international education trends and admission requirements.
