About the role

The Senior Digital Marketing Officer will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL and digital‑first channels. Working closely with creative, production and account teams, the role drives strategic planning, performance tracking and new business development while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and implement media‑planning strategies that combine traditional and digital platforms.
  • Provide creative direction and oversee performance tracking for campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creative, production and account teams to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Analyse market trends, customer behavior and campaign data to refine strategies.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising, including at least 1 year in a leadership or team‑management role.
  • Proven track record of managing client accounts and delivering end‑to‑end digital campaigns.
