Senior Europe Counsellor

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Europe Counsellor to guide students and clients through study and work opportunities across European countries, handling admission and visa documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Counsel students and clients on study and work opportunities in Europe, providing accurate information on universities, visa requirements and immigration procedures.
• Assist clients in selecting suitable courses, countries and institutions, and prepare complete documentation for admission and visa applications.
• Review and verify documents for accuracy and compliance, and coordinate with universities, embassies and partner institutions.
• Maintain regular follow‑up with clients throughout the application process and keep records and client databases up to date.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a counsellor or documentation officer.
• Good knowledge of European study/work visa processes and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Nepali.

• Excellent documentation and file‑handling abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
