Senior Growth Marketer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Growth Marketer to own the full user growth lifecycle—from acquisition through activation, conversion, retention, and subscription renewal. This hands‑on individual contributor will collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Support, Content, and Design teams to drive growth across Nepal and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube and other digital channels.
• Develop targeted acquisition campaigns for SME segments and manage advertising budgets to maximise registrations and paying customers.
• Test audiences, creative formats, landing pages and campaign strategies to improve funnel performance.
• Monitor and optimise the entire user funnel from ad engagement to paid conversion.
• Design segmented lifecycle campaigns using WhatsApp, SMS, push notifications, in‑app messaging and email to boost retention.
• Conduct growth experiments, analyse results and scale successful initiatives.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in growth, performance or lifecycle marketing.
• Proven track record managing Meta Ads and Google Ads, including app‑focused campaigns.
• Strong understanding of full‑funnel marketing, cohort analysis, LTV/CAC and performance reporting.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Nepali.
