Senior HR Officer – Educational Consultancy

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Officer to join an educational consultancy. The role involves managing day‑to‑day HR operations, payroll, recruitment, employee engagement and HR systems while supporting management to maintain a positive workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with policies and labor laws.
• Oversee monthly payroll, attendance, leave, overtime, and coordinate with Finance for salary disbursement.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment: job posting, sourcing, interviewing, selection and onboarding.
• Develop and coordinate employee engagement initiatives and address employee concerns.
• Maintain HR data in HRIS (Tulip HR preferred) and generate accurate HR reports.
• Support performance appraisal processes, training coordination and employee development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a similar senior role.
• Strong knowledge of payroll, attendance, leave management, recruitment and employee relations.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Tulip HR Software or similar HRIS/payroll/attendance systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (MS Office suite).
