Senior Interior Designer

About the role

The Senior Interior Designer will lead the design and execution of interior projects from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards. Based in Kathmandu, this full‑time, on‑site role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver functional, aesthetic, and budget‑compliant solutions. You will also guide junior designers and manage project timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative design concepts and produce detailed drawings and documentation.
• Coordinate FF&E selections and collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
• Conduct site visits, oversee space planning and layout optimization.
• Manage project timelines, guide junior team members, and support client presentations and approvals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field with several years of senior‑level experience.
• Strong communication, client‑facing, and project management abilities.
• Experience with commercial, residential, or hospitality projects in Kathmandu or similar markets (advantage).

Required skills
