Senior Marketing Officer

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Officer to lead brand‑building and digital initiatives for a reputable lubricant company. In this role you will shape the brand’s presence across online and offline channels, driving visibility and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media and online platforms.
• Plan and implement ATL (above‑the‑line) and BTL (below‑the‑line) campaigns to strengthen brand visibility.
• Manage social media pages, create content, run campaigns and digital promotions.
• Coordinate with agencies, vendors and internal teams to deliver marketing activities.
• Support brand positioning, promotional events, activations and product launches.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer behavior.
• Track campaign performance, analyse results and prepare regular marketing reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing and ATL/BTL activities.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and campaign execution.
• Excellent communication, creativity, coordination and analytical abilities.
• Experience in the automotive or lubricant industry is an advantage.
