Senior Marketing Officer

About the role

The Senior Marketing Officer will lead 360° marketing activities for mobile, AIOT and luggage brands, ensuring campaigns align with brand guidelines and business goals. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Kathmandu and works closely with sales, distribution and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute ATL, BTL, digital and retail marketing campaigns across multiple product lines.
• Oversee social media and digital promotion activities, tracking performance and optimizing spend.
• Coordinate with sales and distribution teams to support trade‑marketing initiatives and promotional events.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis, prepare regular marketing reports and insights.
• Maintain communication with internal teams, agencies and external partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.

Required profile

• Strong marketing and social‑media marketing experience, preferably in mobile or consumer electronics.
• Proven market‑research skills to analyse trends, competitors and consumer behaviour.
• Effective communication abilities for coordination with internal teams, partners and vendors.
• Sales‑related knowledge, including collaboration with sales teams and understanding of channel dynamics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field; master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kathmandu with strong organisational and time‑management skills.
