Senior Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Specialist to lead marketing strategy during a major phase of business expansion. The role will focus on strengthening brand authority, expanding digital and traditional marketing, and driving B2B customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute long‑term marketing strategies aligned with business and geographic expansion.
• Strengthen brand positioning across B2B wholesale and distribution markets.
• Define and track marketing OKRs and KPIs covering growth, acquisition, visibility, retention and ROI.
• Lead integrated digital and offline initiatives, including SEO, paid advertising, social media, email, automation and multichannel campaigns.
• Plan localized promotions based on regional sales trends and customer demand.
• Introduce AI, automation and advanced analytics into marketing workflows.
• Collaborate with Sales, IT, Operations and warehouse teams across different markets.
• Monitor marketing budgets, campaign performance and ROI.

Required profile

• MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Strategy, Management or related field.
• 8–12+ years of marketing experience with significant strategic or leadership responsibility.
• Strong experience in B2B marketing, preferably within wholesale, distribution or retail.
• Proven track record developing and executing marketing strategies during business growth or expansion.
• Experience leading and mentoring marketing teams.
• Experience working with US or international B2B markets is an advantage.
