Senior Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, proactive, and results‑oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive sales growth for our automobile business in Kathmandu. The role involves developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve assigned targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, potential customers, and market segments.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct market and industry research to identify trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, quotations and other relevant documents.
• Negotiate with customers and use commercial skills to close sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

Required profile

• 4+ years of relevant experience in sales, business development or a related field.
• Strong commercial awareness and business understanding.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and persuasion skills.
• Proactive, energetic, hands‑on approach with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team under a demanding, target‑oriented environment.
• Own transportation and willingness to travel for business purposes.
