Senior Sales Officer – B2B Sales (Freight & Logistics)

About the role

Mobility Freight is looking for a proactive Senior Sales Officer to lead B2B sales and business development for its freight forwarding and logistics services. The role focuses on outdoor sales, client visits and acquiring new corporate customers across air, ocean and road freight.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential corporate clients, importers, exporters, traders and manufacturers, conducting meetings, presentations and follow‑ups.
• Generate new business through cold calling, referrals, networking and market visits, and coordinate with Pricing and Operations to deliver competitive solutions.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, spotting cross‑selling opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Record leads, client visits and conversions, submit regular sales reports and monitor market trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, logistics or a related field.
• 4–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in freight forwarding, logistics, shipping or courier services.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and generating new business.
• Valid two‑wheeler driving licence and access to a two‑wheeler for field work.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of B2B sales and business development processes.
• Basic knowledge of air, ocean and road freight, courier and customs clearance services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM or sales‑tracking tools.
