Senior Sales Officer – EV Bus Segment

About the role

The Senior Sales Officer – EV Bus Segment will drive sales and business development for electric bus solutions in Kathmandu, reporting to the Sales Manager. The role involves identifying potential customers, managing the sales pipeline and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for the EV Bus segment.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities with fleet operators, transport companies, corporates, government organisations and other potential customers.
• Conduct market visits, customer meetings, product presentations, demonstrations and follow‑ups.
• Understand customer transportation requirements and recommend appropriate EV bus solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, quotation and negotiation to order confirmation and delivery coordination.
• Maintain and continuously develop the sales pipeline and customer database.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing and product developments.
• Coordinate with Finance, Service, Warranty, Logistics and other internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in automobiles, commercial vehicles, EVs or B2B sales.
• Experience selling to fleets, institutions, corporates or commercial vehicle customers is an advantage.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for customer and market visits.
