Senior Sales Officer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and results‑oriented Senior Sales Officer to manage strategic client relationships, drive enterprise sales, and contribute to revenue growth. The role involves handling key accounts, developing high‑value sales pipelines, closing major enterprise deals, and supporting the sales team through guidance and coaching.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with strategic and key clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing major enterprise deals.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve assigned targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with large‑value clients and build a qualified pipeline of enterprise prospects.
• Conduct negotiations with key stakeholders to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Support team members in progressing and closing low‑value deals through coaching, feedback, and review.
• Monitor sales performance, client feedback, revenue progress, and pipeline development through reports and CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective solution delivery and client engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6–7 years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic sales, key account management, or a similar role.
• Proven experience managing strategic clients and Core Banking System sales in cooperatives.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and achieve sales and revenue targets.
