Senior Travel Consultant

About the role

As a Senior Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for curating and designing exceptional travel experiences for high‑end clientele. Your role involves crafting bespoke itineraries, providing personalized recommendations, and ensuring a seamless and personalized travel journey for clients seeking premium travel services.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to assess travel preferences, interests and budget.
• Design customized itineraries that include luxury accommodations, exclusive activities, dining reservations and unique experiences.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of destinations, cultural attractions, local customs and hidden gems.
• Build and nurture relationships with luxury hotels, resorts, airlines and other partners, negotiating exclusive rates and privileges.
• Coordinate travel logistics, troubleshoot issues, and provide real‑time support throughout the journey.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the travel experience through upgrades, additional services or special experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of client preferences, itineraries and communication history.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in luxury travel planning or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Extensive knowledge of luxury travel destinations, accommodations and experiences.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
