SEO Coordinator

About the role

Hybrid, a global education‑focused marketing partner, is looking for an SEO Coordinator to shape the online visibility of universities worldwide. You will own end‑to‑end SEO initiatives, turning data into actionable strategies that support web builds, redesigns, and continuous platform growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute SEO strategies aligned with website development projects.
• Conduct keyword research, on‑page optimisation, technical SEO audits and performance analysis.
• Produce SEO and website performance reports, translating insights into clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with content, design and development teams to create seamless digital experiences.
• Identify growth opportunities for new and existing education clients.
• Support sales activities, including proposals, pitches and technical documentation.
• Stay current with SEO algorithm updates and emerging web technologies.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing SEO accounts from strategy through execution.
• Strong knowledge of on‑page, technical, link‑building and local SEO.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities, able to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Confident project management skills, handling multiple projects and deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset with experience working across multidisciplinary teams.
