SEO Specialist – Semantic & Local SEO

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive Semantic and Local SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and lead generation.
• Perform keyword research, clustering, search intent analysis, SERP analysis, and competitor research.
• Build topical authority frameworks, content ecosystems, and entity‑based SEO strategies.
• Optimize Google Business Profiles, local listings, citations, NAP consistency, and local backlinks.
• Optimize service, location, and website content for search intent and local search visibility.
• Develop internal linking strategies to strengthen topical relevance and authority.
• Optimize content for AI Overviews, People Also Ask, Featured Snippets, SERP features, and rich results.
• Conduct content gap analysis and identify new ranking opportunities.
• Create SEO content briefs with search intent, entity mapping, keyword targeting, and content structure.
• Implement and optimize schema markup and structured data.
• Develop review generation and online reputation strategies for local SEO campaigns.
• Monitor rankings, traffic, leads, calls, conversions, and overall SEO performance.
• Prepare performance reports and continuously optimize strategies based on data, search trends, and algorithm updates.
• Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to implement SEO initiatives.
• Manage SEO campaigns for international clients and guide junior team members when required.

Required profile

• 3+ years of proven SEO experience, preferably with hands‑on experience in both Semantic and Local SEO.
• Strong understanding of Semantic SEO, Search Intent, Entity SEO, Topical Authority, and Local SEO.
• Proven ability to develop and execute scalable SEO strategies and deliver measurable results.
• Strong analytical, research, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage campaigns, take ownership, and support junior team members.
