About the role
We are seeking a Service Advisor to ensure smooth daily operations of our two-wheeler workshop in Kathmandu. The role involves coordinating with technicians, managing service workflow, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinating with technicians and managing workshop workflow
- Monitoring vehicle service and repair progress
- Handling customer inquiries and service requests
- Explaining vehicle issues, repairs, and service timelines
- Providing customers with timely service updates
- Maintaining service‑related reports and records
Required profile
- Strong customer handling and communication skills
- Basic understanding of automobile service processes
- Knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostics
- Good workshop and team coordination skills
- Problem‑solving and reporting abilities
