Service Coordinator – Heavy Equipment

About the role

A reputable heavy‑equipment company in Nepal is seeking a proactive Service Coordinator to manage service operations, engineer mobilization, customer complaints, parts sales and overall branch performance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate deployment of service engineers for maintenance, breakdown resolution and timely customer support.
• Handle customer complaints, monitor response times and ensure resolution with technical teams.
• Drive spare‑parts sales through engineers and branch activities to meet assigned targets.
• Support service revenue growth via equipment maintenance, repair services and after‑sales support.
• Manage parts inventory, order processing and timely delivery to customers.
• Maintain service documentation, job cards, reports, engineer schedules and other branch administration.
• Follow up on outstanding service and parts receivables, coordinating with finance for collection.
• Build strong customer relationships to improve satisfaction, retention and business opportunities.
• Identify training needs and coordinate technical and operational training for service staff.
• Track productivity, parts sales, revenue, complaints and collection performance against targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering or a related technical field.
• Relevant experience in service coordination, after‑sales service or spare‑parts operations, preferably in heavy‑equipment, construction machinery or automobile sectors.
• Experience in customer complaint handling, service revenue generation, parts sales and debt collection is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong coordination and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and service reporting tools.
