Service Manager – Power/Battery

About the role

The Service Manager will lead day‑to‑day service operations for UPS, batteries and related power products. This role ensures installations, maintenance, troubleshooting and after‑sales support are delivered efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily service operations for UPS, batteries and power backup equipment.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and after‑sales service activities.
• Coordinate with customers, technicians, vendors and internal teams to resolve service issues.
• Monitor service requests and warranty claims, ensuring timely resolution.
• Guide and supervise service technicians, maintaining service quality standards.
• Maintain accurate service records, reports and documentation.
• Identify recurring technical issues and work with relevant teams for solutions.
• Support customer relationship management to ensure a positive service experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or minimum +2, preferably in a technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in UPS, battery or power backup service operations.
• Hands‑on knowledge of UPS/battery servicing, troubleshooting and warranty management.
• Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage technicians and handle multiple service requirements.
• Willingness to travel locally for customer/service needs.
• Candidates based in or willing to work in Birgunj are preferred.
