Show Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Show Coordinator to lead the day‑to‑day planning and on‑ground execution of upcoming campaigns, events, and activations in Kathmandu. This three‑month, project‑based position is ideal for a highly organized individual who thrives in fast‑paced environments and enjoys turning plans into reality.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning and execution of campaigns, events, and activations.
• Manage on‑ground execution, ensuring all activities run smoothly.
• Liaise with internal teams, vendors, partners, venues, and other stakeholders.
• Support event logistics, including materials, branding, manpower, equipment, and schedules.
• Be present on‑site during events to oversee execution and troubleshoot issues.
• Track timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities across teams.
• Provide regular updates to the project team and assist with post‑event wrap‑up.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in event coordination, campaign execution, production, marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong coordination and communication abilities.
• Proactive, able to work independently on‑site.
• Good problem‑solving and people‑management skills.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including during events.
